We bought the land in Istria to build holiday villas and provide good time to as many as possible.

It is something that we were planning for quite some time. We want our guests to enjoy Istria to the fullest. Villas will be comfortable and beautifully designed, well equipped, offering privacy and connectedness with nature. We shall offer our guests a plenty of information on where, when and how to enjoy local tastes, scents, coulours and sounds.

But, before that, we need to build some villas. Let's start!
